Sophie Morgan is an experienced content creator, development consultant and screenwriter with over twenty-years working as an award-winning head of development, exec producer and commissioning editor.  Last year, Sophie set up development consultancy Pontariva Media and has since provided unscripted development support to Channel 4, Sky News, ScreenSkills and Creative UK as well as many indies across the UK.  Prior to consulting, Sophie worked for indies in the UK and US and developed, exec produced and/or commissioned hundreds of hours of TV content including Britain’s Next Top Model, RuPaul’s Drag Race, London Ink and Jade.   Sophie is also an industry advocate for neurodiverse talent and an enthusiastic adopter of AI for development.
