Shaunagh Duncan is the Group Head of Sustainability at Fremantle, spearheading sustainability strategies that improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact across the business.  In her role, Shaunagh drives Fremantle’s sustainability goals; collaborates with external stakeholders and industry organisations to establish a greener, more progressive industry; and works closely with our global production companies to support sustainable production across our labels.

Shaunagh has over 10 years of experience in the creation, management, and delivery of sustainability strategies. Most recently, Shaunagh was Head of Sustainability for Europe & International at Oatly, which was named the UK’s #1 Most Sustainable Brand in 2023. In 2024, Shaunagh was listed on The Grocer’s Top 10 Power List of Women Pioneering the Plant-Based Sector. As well as wide ranging leadership experience across the energy, technology, lifestyle, and FMCG industries, Shaunagh has an MBA to complement an MSc in Sustainability Engineering, Policy & Economics (Imperial College London), and a BSc in Earth Sciences (University of Bristol).
