Built on over three decades at the BBC, spanning operational roles from studios to global live events and innovation leadership at BBC R&D’s Edge Forum, her expertise is grounded in both the craft and the cutting edge. Award-winning IBC Accelerator work in 5G connectivity has established her as a sought-after voice at key industry events worldwide.

In addition to her consultancy work, Purminder serves as a Non-Executive Director with RISE and as a trustee of the Baker Dearing Educational Trust, where she advocates for technical skills education and supports the next generation entering the industry.
