Lily Videnova is Co-Founder and Product & Design Lead at Waldo, a consultancy that helps media and technology organisations turn complex systems into products people can actually use. With a background in computer science and a master’s in Human–Computer Interaction, she combines technical depth with clear understanding of how people actually work. 

Lily has recently worked with media organisations on AI-assisted workflows, from conversational interfaces for discovery and licensing to AI-embedded captioning and scripting, and trains non-engineers to use agentic coding tools to prototype and build their own ideas. Using AI daily across her own product process, she brings a practical view of what these tools make possible, where human judgement remains essential, and how teams can build the literacy and confidence to use them well.
