Joyann is the Founder and CEO of InClued AI, where she helps organisations adopt AI responsibly and inclusively. A TEDx speaker and award-winning entrepreneur, Joyann brings over 8 years of consulting experience working with major brands such as Coca-Cola, Social Point, Adobe, and Nationwide.

Previously, Joyann built a successful Inclusive Marketing Agency before pivoting to tackle systemic bias in content and technology. With an MSc in Data Science, she continues to shape the conversation on how businesses can communicate more inclusively and harness AI as a force for equity and innovation.
