Emma is a co-founder of Dot to Dot, a company developing software for creative and production workflows. One of its products is Planner, a production scheduling platform for film and television.

With a background in post-production, Emma focuses on the way information moves through a production and the knock-on effects when it becomes fragmented between teams, tools and versions. Her work connects creative practice, operational workflow and technology, with a particular interest in making complex processes easier to understand and use.

At Dot to Dot, Emma is exploring how AI can make it more viable to build focused tools around the way creative teams already work. She is interested in practical implementation rather than novelty: where AI can improve handoffs, reduce repeated work and support better decisions without taking human judgement out of the process.
