Caroline Cooper is COO at Sky Entertainment Group, Sky’s European content arm, where she is responsible for all business operations, including production management, business affairs, international partnerships, and Sky’s portfolio of production companies.

Caroline led the launch of Sky Studios Elstree, Sky’s state-of-the-art film and TV studio, and now oversees its day-to-day operations. Recognised as one of the top production facilities in the UK, the studio is home to major international productions including Wicked and Jurassic World Rebirth.

She also oversees Sky’s international partnerships team, which is uniquely positioned to support global projects through its in-house co-production capabilities. The team’s close relationship with NBCUniversal, Sky’s sister company, provides a direct path to international distribution, enabling a highly agile and strategic approach to partnering and financing content for both local and global audiences.
